The company began its journey in 1993 as Jinxie Bicycle Store in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou. In 2011, it was officially renamed Henan Tianhao Sports Technology Co., Ltd. Over the years, Tianhao has played a key role in promoting cycling culture through nationwide events and collaborations with government organizations.

Company Introduction:
Our company began operations in 1993, specializing in bicycle sales and distribution (originally known as Jinxie Bicycle Store in Jinshui District, Zhengzhou). In 2011, it was renamed Henan Tianhao Sports Technology Co., Ltd. The company primarily engages in bicycle manufacturing, OEM production, brand distribution, and organizing various sports events nationwide, accumulating extensive experience in event management.
Registered Address: Room 49, 18th Floor, Building 8, Unit 1, 10 Culture North Road, Jinshui District, Zhengzhou.
Legal Representative: Gu Yongxiuli; Registered Capital: 10 million RMB.
In 2012, we jointly organized the “Calis” Cup Yellow River Mountain Bike Race with the Shenzhen Cycling Association. In 2013, we hosted the Henan Provincial Sports Bureau’s Henan Provincial Mass Cycling Event and collaborated with the Huiji District Government to organize the “Calis” Cup Liyuan Mountain Bike Race. From 2014 onward the company has hosted and co-organized multiple national and provincial cycling events, and has consecutively organized the “Calis*Lifeng Cup” National Cycling League for seven years.
In October 2016, we established the Henan Tianhao Sports Cycling Club. The club received recognition as an “Excellent Cycling Service Center” and has been active in volunteer and charity events, including organizing “Cycling for Charity” teams to support children and families in remote areas. The company currently has a 15,000 square meter warehouse and sells 600,000 bicycles annually.
Tianhao holds distribution rights for several well-known domestic brands in Henan province and the international brand XDS from Shenzhen. The company also owns its own brand, “Lujieshi,” and has over 500 retail stores and franchise outlets across the province. It is the only bicycle club in Henan officially registered with the Civil Affairs Bureau and has a registered party branch.
